Effective I have ordered this a few times now. It is bitter, but does have a lemony taste. I am on the Keto diet, so add a scoop of monk fruit sweetener to it as it is low carb, this counteracts some of the bitterness. As for effects, I'd like to say it clears my head a bit, but is also good at keeping me regular in the restroom. ;)

Game changer! Honestly, I was intrigued by the fact that it’s black lemonade. I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS. I was surprised on how great it tasted, and after 2 days I noticed that I have more energy in the morning, and now a week later I have almost no bloat. I drink a glass around 5am, and I look forward to it every morning.

Miracle sleepy drink I absolutely love the Insta Relief and it quickly became my nightly routine. I like to drink it hot before bed. I’ve suffered from insomnia my entire life and this has given me the best, deepest sleep without being groggy in the morning. The claims of better sleep and reduced bloating are completely true and I stand by this product and recommend it to all my friends!

Good stuff It's hard to quantify whether this truly has any health benefits for me, but it tastes good and is a nice alternative to other powdered drink mixes. The bag was surprisingly small, but a tiny scoop of the powder goes a long way. Will try some of the other products once I'm done with this one.

Just before bed I like to take this at night before bed. Helps me sleep and I know I’m doing my gut and body some good while sleeping!

After Watching this Product for months; soooooo glad I went for it! First of all, the price is unbeatable! The taste is amazing and I can feel my body detoxing! Tasty detox This lemonade is surprisingly tasty, so don’t let the color fool you. That said, the color does make it fun to drink. The charcoal is a good detox, too. This is a repurchase for me.

Delicious!! I have both the Insta Relief and Optimal Immune. I can’t say enough about these products. I’ll probably run out of characters. First off, they taste SO GOOD. My husband doesn’t care too much about all the new healthy things I bring to him to try, but even he loved the taste of the probiotic lemonade SO MUCH that he brought it to work for all his buddies to try. It was refreshing to drink for their physically demanding jobs. Second, I noticed a difference in how I felt after day one of drinking both types. My gut feels less bloated, I feel lighter, and less tired. Not to mention I’m already sleeping better. I’m looking forward to how much of a difference a month makes! I’ll be ordering more in a week because I want to make sure I don’t run out! Third, ummm they are BEAUTIFUL. They are definitely a conversation piece when you drink it in front of others. It's incredibly cool I add a little organic honey to mine bc it is true sour lemonade lol. But it's really tasty and you can't even taste the charcoal. I make mine by the batch and pour it into clear glass bottles and I always get asked, "What... are you drinking?" Lol P.s. TMI, but prepare to see the charcoal come out on the other end.

Tastes great I was a little hesitant, pitch black lemonade sounded odd, even for someone who loves black. It's now my daily morning drink (after the black coffee) and I think the taste is perfect - not too sweet, and I really like that it's good for me!

Yumm I had an upset stomach the first day I tried this & was a little hesitant but thought hey maybe it would help, sure enough symptoms gone & I was back on track the next morning. Tastes great too!

Taste like actual lemonade! Taste great! I thought it would be a weak or weird taste but it’s not, it’s very refreshing. The only downfall is that it’s really messy when you try to scoop it out. Always gets all over my fingers but you can just wash it off with soap lol.

Overall Good! It truly does taste like real lemonade. The only thing I dislike is the grittiness after most sips. Even if I stir it for a long time it’s still gritty but that must be how charcoal is naturally.

Love this! This is so easy to drink unlike other “cleanses”. I have a sensitive stomach when it comes to sweeteners and other drinks and this didn’t upset my stomach at all.
