Shipping & Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at info@vimcowellness.com. We are happy to help find a solution that works for you!
Opened boxes or packets are not eligible for returns.
To return full boxes/pouches (un-opened), contact info@vimcowellness.com. Please include your order number and the products you want to return and why. Since all of our products are food, and thus are of a perishable nature, we can only accept returns for unopened packages from orders placed within the last 30 days.
In the event of a return, we can either exchange the product or we can refund the cost of the order minus a restocking fee equal to our cost of shipping. (In order to maintain low shipping costs, Vimco Wellness, at times, partially pays for shipping expenses.)
We are only responsible for returns that make it to us. If your package is lost in the mail, we cannot refund or exchange the order. We recommend purchasing insurance on all return shipping.
In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Vimco LLC. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
